A curated peer cohort for people who build digital products: sparring on your own AI workflow, honest feedback from peers, and real inspiration for how AI-powered product work actually gets done. No theory, no sales pitches, just practitioners trading real cases over 3 months.
Right now, nobody has “the one right way” to run a product org with AI. Progress comes from practitioners trying things out and comparing notes, not from listening to a single expert. Product Builder Club is built around that: a small, curated group that meets every two weeks for three months, works through one theme at a time, and leans on each other's real experience.
Participants are selected via application, not first-come-first-served, to keep the group sharp and diverse.
5–6 participants plus the two hosts, Alex and Max, from DPC.
This isn't a webinar series. Everyone brings their own cases and experiences into the room, not just their attention.
6 sessions over 3 months, every two weeks. Kickoff and closing session are in person in Dresden; the sessions in between are remote.
Each session is preceded by a short newsletter or podcast recommendation, so everyone is on the same page before the discussion starts.
People who own or shape digital products: product managers, product owners or similar roles. Any seniority is welcome; a mixed group is part of the point. You already use AI in your work (no need to be an expert) and can commit to all 6 sessions.
No single instructor, no canned curriculum.
It's generated by the group's own experience, sharpened by a provocative thesis and a guiding question for every session.
